GENERAL RESOLUTION 4259
We are pleased to inform you that as of today 01-06-2018, General Resolution 4259 enters into force.
It increases the import limits through the Courier Regime,
taking them from USD 1000 to USD 3000 per day. You can see it in

The aforementioned resolution establishes that the export and import limits for goods by companies authorized and registered as Postal Service Providers (PSPs)/Couriers will be equalized at US$3.000 FOB (Free On Board). Furthermore, the number of annual shipments remains at five. The resolution stipulates that Postal Service Providers (PSPs)/Couriers may submit simplified import or export applications for consumption, provided that: a) The FOB value of the goods to be exported does not exceed US$3.000 per sender. However, this amount may be exceeded when shipments are addressed to different recipients and each individual shipment does not exceed US$1.000. b) The FOB value of the goods to be imported does not exceed US$3.000 per recipient. SIMPLE EXPORT
Exporta Simple: What and how much can you export? Goods produced in the country, new, and not subject to export suspensions, prohibitions, or quotas. The shipment weight cannot exceed 300 kg.
